The NECKLESS community takes over Culture Box once again following a successful takeover in August. This time, the crew returns for a special Halloween edition, bringing together a diverse lineup of upcoming local artists spanning Melodic Techno, Garage, Hypnotic Techno, Trance, and Hard Techno.
