- Children's Policy: Children under 2 years of age are admitted for free provided they do not occupy a seat. Please refer to the venue's website FAQ page for more information on bringing young children & babies. Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating can be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection. Resale: Resale Tickets may be available for this event. These are tickets sold by fans and are verified by Ticketmaster. A Handling Fee of $14.95 per transaction applies to purchases of Resale Tickets. If purchasing a Resale ticket, please ensure you have reviewed the Ticket Type and other ticket details carefully as Resale Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, save as provided in our resale policy.
- Please note that accessible seating is for any patron with access needs, it is not restricted to patrons that use wheelchairs. Companion Cards: Companion Cards are accepted for Palais Theatre events. Your valid Companion Card must be shown to staff on the event night. Accessible Car Parking: There are two accessible car parking spaces in Lower Esplanade. Access is via Jacka Boulevard through the St Kilda Triangle Car Park. Guide Dogs: Guide/support dogs are welcome at the Palais Theatre. Hearing Loop: The Palais theatre has a hearing loop available free of charge for patrons with auditory limitations. Toilets: Accessible toilets are located on Ground Level and Level 1, next to the venue elevator. Ambulant toilet cubicles are in our main toilets. .
