Begin with a guided tasting of six distinctive Australian honeys, learning to explore aroma, texture and complexity like a sommelier. Then get hands-on - examine a freshly harvested honeycomb frame, break it open and press warm, raw honey straight into jars. No filtering, no blending. Just pure honey, exactly as the bees made it.
