- Ticket Release Delay: There is a ticket release delay in place until 11:00am Friday 17th July 2026. Tickets cannot be downloaded or printed until after this time. Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating can be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection.
- To avoid delays patrons requiring a wheelchair bay are encouraged to book their own tickets online where available. Bays can be purchased using the interactive seating map, with the option of additional paid or Companion Card tickets in the seat adjacent to the bay. Further requests & Companion Card holders who do not require a wheelchair bay, can book by phoning Ticketmaster's accessible seating line on 1300 446 925 or by following the link below. Please note that all Companion Card holders must visit the Box Office prior to entry and present their Companion Card to collect their tickets.
- A maximum of 4 tickets per customer applies to all tickets during Presale. A maximum of 10 tickets per customer applies to General Public standard tickets. A maximum of 6 tickets per customer applies to all General Public VIP Packages.

No hard coolers, eskis, cooler bags larger than cabin size 26L. No Beanbags, blow-up air chairs or lounges. Children's Policy: Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or legal guardian at all times. Children under the age of 12 are admitted free of charge in the General Admission area only and do not require a ticket. .
