- Children's Policy: All Patrons must have a valid ticket to gain entry to events. 2 Years and Under admitted free of charge in Unlicensed areas only, provided they do not occupy a seat. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a responsible Adult even if they are in an All Ages area. Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating may be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection.
- To avoid delays patrons requiring a wheelchair bay are encouraged to book their own tickets online where available. Bays can be purchased using the interactive seating map, with the option of additional paid or Companion Card tickets in the seat adjacent to the bay. Further requests & Companion Card holders who do not require a wheelchair bay, can book by phoning Ticketmaster's accessible seating line on 1300 446 925 or by following the link below. Please note that all Companion Card holders must visit the Box Office prior to entry and present their Companion Card to collect their tickets. Patrons with access needs should arrive at least half an hour prior to the performance and see the Front of House Manager for assistance.
