Yes. Browsing, searching and planning are free. Tickets and subscriptions are handled by third-party partners and payment processors; the SORAI app itself is free to use.
Do I need an account?
No. SORAI works without signing in. Sign-in is optional and passwordless — we never store a password — and it lets you keep saved places and your plan across devices.
How does SORAI protect my privacy?
The model that learns your taste runs on your device and never leaves your browser. Product analytics are anonymous and first-party, and you can opt out at any time on the Cookies page. Clearing your browser storage makes SORAI forget completely.
How does the AI concierge work?
Ask in plain language what you are in the mood for, and the concierge returns grounded suggestions from real listings. It is guarded against inventing specifics it cannot verify.
