Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SORAI, operated by MoClarus (the “Operator”, “we”). By using SORAI you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What SORAI is

SORAI is a discovery, planning and booking layer for a city — it surfaces events, venues and experiences, lets you build a plan, and links you to ways to attend. SORAI is not the organiser of the events it lists and does not control their accuracy, availability, pricing or whether they happen.

Bookings, tickets & payments

• Tickets and reservations are provided and fulfilled by third parties (e.g. Ticketmaster, Billetto, venues and their partners). Their terms and refund policies apply to those purchases.
• Where you pay through SORAI, payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise the charge shown at checkout. Taxes and fees are displayed before you confirm.
• We act as a technical intermediary for those transactions and are not responsible for the underlying event or service being delivered by the organiser.

AI features

SORAI's concierge and venue “reads” are generated by AI from available signals. They are helpful estimates and suggestions, not guarantees of fact — verify set times, prices, age limits and entry requirements with the venue or organiser before you rely on them.

Acceptable use

• Don't misuse the service, scrape it, overload it, or break the law with it.
• Don't post content (reviews, messages, check-ins) that is illegal, hateful, deceptive, or infringes others' rights.
• You're responsible for content you submit; we may remove content or limit access to keep the service safe.

Intellectual property

SORAI, its design, and the “Thread” mark are ours. Event, venue and map data belong to their respective sources and are used under their terms — see Licenses & attributions. You keep ownership of content you post, and grant us a licence to display it within the service.

Disclaimers & liability

SORAI is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties about third-party listings and availability, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of organisers, venues or payment/ticketing providers. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.
